Clementine Therapy

welcome!

I am so glad you are here! On this website, you will find information about me, the care I provide, and how to get a consultation.

Clementine Therapy is named after my large, fluffy, orange cat. When thinking of what I wanted my therapy practice to be called, I couldn’t pull my mind away from naming it after a creature that has brought me so much joy and warmth. As a therapist, I hope to bring those same feelings into sessions with clients. I am committed to providing compassionate, authentic mental health therapy. And don’t be surprised if Mr. Clementine chooses to make an appearance during our virtual sessions – he loves to walk across my desk.

Virtual individual therapy sessions are available to residents in Washington state.

The primary issues addressed in my treatment include, but are not limited to:

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Disability / chronic illness
  • Fat liberation
  • Depression / anxiety
  • Shame / guilt
  • Self-compassion

I prioritize working with you and finding solutions and strategies that make sense for your current life and circumstances.

What if the question is not
“Why am I so infrequently the person I really want to be?”
But “Why do I so infrequently want to be the person I really am?”
